For years, Spotted Dog Yoga & SUP has been our sanctuary, our home base, and the place where this incredible community comes together to sweat, connect, and transform. Together, we’ve unrolled our mats locally and traveled to unforgettable destinations around the globe.
Now, we are taking that same heart, heat, and community energy and bringing it to the global stage in a whole new way.
We are beyond excited to officially introduce Neon Compass—the next chapter for Spotted Dog retreats!

If you’ve traveled with Nick & Katie on a Spotted Dog journey in the past, you know that our retreats have always been about way more than just taking a vacation. They are about real practice, raw exploration, world-class food, and deep connections that last long after the suitcases are unpacked.
As our vision for these global experiences grew, we realized they needed a dedicated space of their own. Neon Compass is the high-contrast, high-design evolution of our retreat world.
