Feet Up, Fear Down: The Art of Flying

Have you ever sat on your mat, watched someone float into a Crow Pose or a Headstand, and thought, "I could never do that"?

We’re here to tell you that "I can't" is usually just fear in disguise. At Spotted Dog Yoga & SUP, we believe in Possibility, and that includes the possibility of you getting upside down.

On Sunday, March 1st, Nick Clark is leading PowerFlight—a 90-minute workshop dedicated to the art of leaving the ground.

Demystifying the "Flight"

We’re stripping away the mystery of arm balances and inversions. You’ll learn the physical "how-to" and the mental grit required to balance on your hands and get upside down with confidence.

This workshop is for you if:

  • You want to learn the physical mechanics of balancing on your hands.

  • You’re ready to flip your perspective in a headstand but don't know where to start.

  • You want to build the core strength and stability required to stay vertical.

No more "I can't do that." We are giving you the tools, the technique, and the pack to back you up when you try something new.
