The Heart of an Awakening
In three days, a group of people will walk into Spotted Dog Yoga & SUP, lay down their mats, and begin a journey that isn't really about yoga at all.
They think they are here to learn how to cue a Downward Dog or memorize a sequence. But the truth? They are here because they are tired of feeling like they’re just going through the motions. They are here because they know there is a bigger, truer version of themselves waiting to be let out.
If you’ve been following our posts, you know we don't believe in sitting in chairs and taking notes.
We don't believe in "theory." We believe in the shift that happens when you finally stop hiding.
1. The Moment You Find Your Voice
There is a specific moment in every training—usually when someone is standing at the front of the room, trembling slightly—where they stop trying to sound like a "yoga teacher" and start sounding like themselves. It’s the moment their voice stops coming from their throat and starts coming from their chest. That isn't just a teaching skill; it’s a life skill. Once you find that power, you never let it go.
2. The Relief of Being Real
Most of us spend our lives trying to look like we have it all together. In Awaken, that mask is the first thing to go. You’ll realize that your "flaws" are actually the bridge to the people around you. There is an incredible, heart-wrenching relief in being seen for who you actually are and being told, "The Pack has you."
3. More Than a Certificate
You can get a certificate anywhere. But you can't get this feeling anywhere else. This is about the deep, soul-level confidence that comes from realizing you are capable of leading—not because you’re perfect, but because you’re willing to show up.
The Threshold
We start this Thursday, January 29th. This isn't just a training; it’s the place where you stop observing your life and start living it.
The door is open, and we’ve saved a spot for the real you.
