We’re here to tell you that’s a lie.
At Spotted Dog, when we talk about leadership, we aren’t talking about being the "best." We’re talking about the willingness to be seen.
The Courage to Be Unfinished
True leadership doesn't happen when you finally have all the answers. It happens the moment you decide to get out of your head and step into the room exactly as you are. It’s about the grit it takes to be "unfinished" in front of other people.
Over the next six months, our trainees won't just be learning how to teach a class; they will be learning how to stop hiding. They will be discovering that their power doesn't come from a script or a textbook—it comes from their own heartbeat and their own lived experience.
Waking Up Your Life
This training is called Awaken for a reason. Real leadership is an evolution. It’s about waking up to the fact that you already have the tools to make an impact; you just have to be brave enough to use them.
To the new trainees starting tomorrow: The Pack is ready for you. To those still watching from the sidelines: It’s never too late to decide that your voice matters.
