The Pack that Plays Together, Stays Together

We spend a lot of time at Spotted Dog talking about "the work."

We talk about the grit of a PowerBurn, the focus of a PowerFlow, and the discipline of showing up when it's 5:00 AM and raining outside.

But there is a missing piece to the wellness puzzle that doesn’t happen on a yoga mat. It happens over a cold drink, a bad joke, and a shared laugh.

It’s called Play.

Connection is the Real Medicine

There is a growing body of research suggesting that the "loneliness epidemic" is one of the greatest threats to our long-term health. We often think that "healing" is something we do in isolation—meditating in a dark room or foam rolling alone in our living rooms.

The truth? True healing is social. Biologically, our nervous systems "co-regulate." When we are in a space with people we trust, laughing and engaging in low-stakes play, our cortisol levels drop and our "rest and digest" system kicks into high gear. You can’t get that from a solo workout. You can only get it from a Pack.

Welcome to the Clubhouse

That’s why we are opening the doors after hours for our FIRST EVER Pack Trivia Night. This isn’t a workout. There is no sweat, no "True North" alignment, and no sun salutations. This is 100% community-focused. It’s a "house party" at the studio where the only thing we’re exercising is our brains (and maybe our vocal cords).

We’re turning the studio into a clubhouse to let the connection happen off the mat. Because while we love the focused silence of a flow, we love the "unstructured" magic of a Friday night even more.

The Details:

  • When: Next Friday, 3/27 | 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM

  • Where: The Studio (The Clubhouse)

  • The Bar: BYOB (Pack your cooler!)

  • The Cost: FREE for our members and staff

How it works: Come as you are. Bring a team of 4 or show up solo and we’ll help you join a Pack. We’ll have the questions ready; you bring the energy. Let’s see who really runs the yard.
